De Anza High School Baseball Field Renovation

Electronic Bids must be uploaded directly to the online bidding plan room at www.wccusdplanroom.com will be received until 2:00 p.m. October 17, 2023, at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud via Zoom Virtual Bid opening at the following link: https://wccusd.zoom.us/j/94149038653. Any claim by a bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be non-responsive and returned to the bidder.

Two MANDATORY pre-bid conference and site visits will be held on October 2, 2023 and October 6, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. meet at the front office of De Anza High School located at 5000 Valley View Road, Richmond, CA 94803. All participants must sign in and comply with the COVID protocols including wearing a mask onsite. Participants are only required to attend one mandatory site visit. Failure to attend at least one site visit will render Contractor's bid ineligible.
